All of WiBee's products are being shipped through a thorough package from the seller's product packaging to the shipping center's assembly line. Sometimes, however, damage can occur during air transport and due to careless handling during customs clearance. WiBee is covered for damage and loss insurance. Received damaged goods and? If you lose your order due to lost delivery, please notify us through the Customer Center. We will refund the purchase price and all kinds of handling fees after the recovery of damaged items. (Points and deposits can also be refunded)
In the following cases, compensation is not possible.
If there is a problem with the product itself that is not a problem encountered during shipment(Defective product itself without damaging the box)
In case data submitted at the time of receipt is false or missing(If the images turn out to be edited at the time of submission)
Any use of damaged goods
If you refuse to recall a product
Damage to the packaging box or case, not product damage.
